Installing when Knowmia previously was installed: You should have the Recorder app listed in your Applications folder, after these steps. If this is the first time installing Knowmia (formerly TechSmith Relay) Classic Recorder before and you are installing it on High Sierra, due to the kext security changes, you will need to follow the step below:ġ) Download the Classic Mac Recorder, and run the installation for Recorder Mac Recorder.Ģ) When prompted with the message below, you will need to go to System Preferences > Security and Privacy > General.ģ) Allow TechSmith Corporation Kext to load.ĥ) After the first installation is complete, re-download/ reinstall Classic Recorder using the same steps.
